An entertaining cookery course with Giuseppe Storniolo, head chef of the Restaurant EDEN and insider’s tip in the Zurich gastro scene. In a relaxed and informal atmosphere Giuseppe Storniolo will demonstrate some of his tricks, revealing a secret or two about gourmet cuisine. And the best part is that, while he is working, you can watch, take notes and enjoy.
